You agree that Eggschange Auctions will send you emails via our automated system throughout the auction process, eg; Listing Confirmation, Payment Confirmations etc.

In addition to this Eggschange Auctions will send you periodic newsletters to inform you about new promotions or changes made to our service ( if you selected this option during the registration process), you may opt out of these at any time.

Eggschange Auctions members with whom you’ve purchased and/or sold to will have your contact details on the automated system emails that is sent to them for the purpose of completing the transaction. If you feel another member has used your details incorrectly, please file an Abuse Report, and one of our team members will investigate, and if deemed necessary, action may be taken against them.

Eggschange Auctions will disclose your information when we believe that we must to comply with law, to enforce or apply our Terms & Conditions, or protect the Intellectual Property or other rights, Property, or Safety of Eggschange Auctions, our members or members of the public.

We don not permanently store, sell or rent these email messages or the email addresses.

Eggschange Auctions provides you with ways in which you can enter & update your personal information, including changing your email address, password, residential/postal address and your contact phone number. It’s your responsibility to ensure that this information is kept up to date and is accurate.
